LIFE  GOES  ON

The TURM CHRONIST became 85. One of the birthday gifts are the tulips (left photo). Now they are infirm, but they stay proud. They are a symbol. With 85 years I know that I’m on my final round. I try to resist, making my last steps in dignity, like my tulips.
My TURM TEAM helps me. I enjoy his stunning performance, leading to rank 6 of 500 teams on LICHESS. Yesterday SC TURM returned to LICHESS PRADISE BUNDESLIGA 1 (picture below).
My intention is to create in that world selection of extraordinary players a kind of FAMILY  FEELING.  I’m happy that in each tournament new stars find the way to TURM heaven. As a further symbol the new blossoming tulips in my garden (photo right).
I was a champion with a lot of titles and records  –  in athletics, not in chess. To classic chess I came with 30, to 15 min chess with 80. Too late to become a good player, but early enough to have a lot of fun with chess. Though playing on a modest level I have competence enough to appreciate the stunning performance of “my” TURM BLITZERS!
